if you had to pinpoint the time or experience that finally made you open your eyes, what would it be?.
i think for me it was the time i saw my dad shun his brother who he had not seen in decades just because he was a da'ed jw.
i thought to my self "no way jesus would do that.
it was this blood transfusion thing. i was 23 and about to be a dad for the first time. i knew i would never refuse a t/f for me--my wife--or our kid.
that led me to re-consider all my beliefs---and god was struck off the list. i never looked back--so leaving the watchtower was easy. its only since joining sites leke this i realise how completely crazy the whole nonsense really is.

1. sunday mornings.
alarm not set, cuddles with the mrs, tunes in the bedroom, coffee, bacon, another lazy coffee in the garden .
clip 3 minutes long.
ron and brenda sutton ................warwick 3 children
it was the missed association with family that brought them back.
an elderly sister passed away recently.
family came to her memorial service from all over the country.
some of them, including grown-up, disfellowshipped children of hers, also came.

but i also firmly believe there is no god--so those guys are just self-deluded twats running a micro religion that is the laughing stock of the rest of the world.
a scotsman's cell-phone rings when he's sitting in a cafe with his wife.
when he answers, he says, "aye", and for the next few minutes he just keeps responding to everything the caller is apparently asking, by saying "aye".
the other customers are puzzled by the conversation taking place.. when he ends the call, his wife stares at him inquisitively.. "what's wrong?
